Our mission is to provide a quality product for our clients, while guiding them through a smooth construction process. When we design and build a project we strive for completing it on time, on budget and with no change orders. We have had great success with this strategy.

We understand that there are items that cause delays that are beyond anyone’s control, however we do everything we can to keep these to a minimum. To strive for no change orders, it is imperative that the owner completely understand the scope of work and what they are receiving for their money. In order to accomplish this, the construction documents need to be quite concise for the owner sign-off and the subcontractors to submit their pricing. We found that using well-seasoned, quality subcontractors plays a key role in quality control. That being said, we strive for quality in every project, because we build every project as if it was our own.
